IM5

Armed with an arsenal of musical talent, IM5 is making waves as the world’s next dominant boy band.

The multi-cultured quintet comprised of band members Cole Pendery, Dana Vaughns , Gabe Morales, Will Jay and their newest member David Scarzone boast their unique styles that fuse together hook- driven pop melodies, authentic vocal harmonies, and full blown dance routines.

Unlike some of their other boy band predecessors and peers, the band also writes its own music and incorporates real instrumentation into their live sets with Will playing guitar and piano and Gabe on the cajon.

Founded by American Idol creator Simon Fuller, media icon Perez Hilton and acclaimed tour director Jamie King, the band was discovered on a national talent search.

In 2012, the group was featured on the Tyler James Williams song “Don’t Run Away,” which was also the lead track from the Disney feature film “Let It Shine.”

“Everything About U,” the band’s first digitally released song, caught the attention of Radio Disney programming directors, who put the song in heavy rotation for the remainder of the year.

The band has also been the headliner in multiple Radio Disney Live events.

Their original Christmas song “Jingle Bell Pop” and the soundtrack for their viral video “Disney Dudez” has played continuously for the past year on Radio Disney.

The music video for their release “Zero Gravity” had a strong debut on CBS’ The Insider, while “Can’t Stay Away,” featuring “Shake It Up” Disney star Bella Thorne, made its debut on ET.

They have recently been nominated for a Radio Disney Music Award for Ultimate Breakout Star and have featured on MTV’s Made and USA’s The Moment.

This summer, IM5 will be performing all over the US in multiple tours including the “Stand Up Tour”, “DigiFest”, “Teen Hoot”, and their very own “It’s Getting Weird” tour.

They will conclude their 2014 summer dates by returning, for the second year, to the Simon Mall “Back At It” tour.
